Cancellation Policy

1. Deposits A $100 non-refundable deposit is required to secure all bookings unless waived in writing. The deposit applies toward the total balance and confirms acceptance of this policy. Deposits are non-transferable unless rescheduled according to this policy. 2. Payment Terms All events must be paid in full prior to the start of the event. If full payment is not received by the scheduled start time, the Host may refuse service or cancel the event without refund. Accepted payments include cash, card, or electronic transfer. 3. Cancellations by Client 14+ days before the event: Deposit is non-refundable and will be retained but may be credited toward a future event within 90 days, based on availability. Less than 14 days before the event: All payments are non-refundable and non-transferable. Within 72 hours or day of event: Considered a no-show; full payment is due. 4. Rescheduling One reschedule is permitted with 7+ days’ notice. A $25 fee applies. The new date must occur within 30 days of the original event and is subject to Host availability. Reschedules requested under 7 days are treated as cancellations. 5. Host Cancellations Enjoy Erica Art Studio reserves the right to cancel or postpone an event in the case of illness, emergencies, unsafe conditions, venue complications, or severe weather that prevent safe operation. If the Host must cancel, payments will be refunded in full or credited toward a future event within 90 days, at the Client’s choice. The Host will make every reasonable effort to provide advance notice and assist with rescheduling. 6. Minimum Attendance Events require a minimum number of paid guests as stated in the agreement. If fewer attend, the Client remains responsible for the minimum payment. In such cases, the Host will provide extra canvases and supplies equal to the missing participants for the Client to keep. 7. Weather or Emergencies If a declared state emergency occurs, both parties agree to reschedule within 90 days at no additional cost. 8. Refunds All sales are final. Refunds are only issued if the Host cancels for reasons beyond the Client’s control. Credits must be used within the stated timeframe or will expire. 9. Communication All requests must be made in writing via info@enjoyericaartstudio.com or by text/call at (914) 704-4480. Requests are not confirmed until acknowledged by the Host.
